Principal - Colin Fletcher
Colin has been a management consultant for over 15 years, including substantial periods with IBM Business Consulting and WDScott.  He is an expert in business transformation and has helped a variety of organisations at a number of levels:

  • Converting strategic plans into actual operations
  • Identifying what needs to change, what to do first and how to implement those changes
  • Introducing improvements in structure, roles and measurement systems
  • Identifying how business processes can be simplified, automated, made consistent and realigned to customer needs
  • Providing financial clarity across the entire program
Due to his financial services background, his specialty has been within insurance, banking, superannuation and funds management organisations.  However, Colin has also led transformation programs, business case construction and change management initiatives within the government, utilities, transport, printing, food & beverage,  telecommunications and agricultural sectors.  This work has been performed primarily in Australia, New Zealand and South Korea.

Before consulting, Colin held various management and general management roles in  insurance and funds management.  Roles included marketing, product development, distribution development and intermediated sales.

After fifteen years in the Financial Services Industry with two of Australia’s premier life offices, Glenn transitioned into consulting in 1996 specialising primarily in specialising in performance and change management. 

After completing his Masters of Management via AIM Glenn’s consulting work has resulted in his services being well known and respected. Glenn’s dedication and commitment has resulted in him becoming a trusted industry partner working with a diverse range of corporate and business clients on a variety of development initiatives. His focus on development as opposed to training has resulted in significant transformations for many of his clients.
 

Specialising in performance management, change management, leadership, coaching and cultural change Glenn has assisted many clients to achieve significant growth and improvement. Workshops and programs are well known for creativity, notably different and highly effective. Glenn has written papers on self renewal and performance management for the FPA, with some of his articles also being published in daily newspapers in Melbourne and Sydney.
  
Glenn’s philosophy and passion for human asset development and organisational renewal means that he is dedicated and committed to professional, creative, high impact human asset development. Through creative design, innovative delivery and precise administration Glenn has worked with professionals at all levels from a diverse range of industries. Services have included diagnostic analysis, development design and implementation, strategic thinking, KPI measurements and identification of actions to achieve identifiable change.
